In celebration of its 25th Anniversary, The Circle School will be holding a blow-out gala on Saturday, May 30, 2009. All events of the day are free and open to the public except dinner.

Adult dinners will be prepared by chef Damian Heath, a James Beard semi-finalist and the owner of Lot 12 Public House in Berkeley Springs, WV. Because meals will be prepared and served individually, advance reservations are required for kids and adults.

Regular Dinner
Grilled herb-rubbed chicken breast served over Tuscan white bean pasta salad with snowpea shoots and a kalamata olive roll.

Vegan Dinner
Asian-spiced exotic mushroom confit served with udon noddle salad, julienned vegetables, and a ginger sesame dressing.

Little Kids' Buffet
Appropriate for small appetites, items will be individually wrapped, and set up "buffet style", so picky kids can choose freely. The portions will be small in size.  It is available to all children accompanied by a ticket-buying adult, but please use your discretion when determining if it will adequately satisfy your child's appetite. Here are some examples of items to be offered:
